On the reverse side of the medal the date of the capture of Vienna: "13 April 1945", the date the five-pointed star.

Medal with eyelet and ring connects to the pentagonal nuts, covered with blue silk moire ribbon width 24 mm. in the Middle belt blue stripe width of 8 mm.
