The building depicted on this stamp is not the modern Palace of Justice in Santiago (Palacio de los Tribuna.. Смотреть далее »les de Justicia), it's the Palace of the Royal Court of the Consulate (Palacio del Real Tribunal del Consulado) that stood on the same site until 1925, and which matches the inscription "Tribunal del Consulado" on the stamp design. The Tribunal del Consulado building is where the first national government met, hence the connection to this stamp issue.
